Roosevelt Elivert Insurance Agency in Glen Burnie, MD, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. We have two locations with a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment to ensure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. There is never a dull moment in the office, and we pride ourselves on our excellent, inclusive culture. Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $10,000-$20,000 in commissions, year end base salary + commission range is $50,000-$70,000.

Responsibilities 

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes.
• Utilize warm leads to meet sales goals.
• With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be building rapport with clients and have the opportunity to go out and market to businesses.
• You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Must be able to acquire Property Casualty Insurance License
