What you will be doing:
•Complete responsibility for assigned projects including budget, schedule and owner satisfaction.
•Responsible for project buyout including review of sub bids, writing complete and detailed subcontract scopes, and verification of subcontractor abilities to perform on the project.
•Responsible for project scheduling, including development with the Team Leader and Superintendent and entry of the initial schedule into MS Project, and weekly updates and monitoring of the schedule.
•Make sure the as-built drawings are being updated at the job site weekly.
•Responsible for all documentation of the project including subcontracts, RFI’s, Change-orders, Meeting Minutes, Submittals, ASI’s, PR’s COR’s, Pay applications, Delay claims, impact reports, schedule updates, Insurance requirements, Release of liens.
•Responsible for closeout of the project including punch-list signoff, collection and verification of all warranties, operating and maintenance manuals, collection of final payment, final settlement with all subcontractors.
A Successful candidate will possess the following:
•PM background with a construction company and understand; Job Costing and Cost Projections
•be familiar with Microsoft Project or some type of scheduling tool.
•Viewpoint for the PM side for cost projections
•Timberline experience is a positive
