Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

To provide administrative and technical customer service assistance to various manager of local departments for CDR and affiliated agencies.

Job Duties:

  • As a representative of CDR, be committed in all that you do to support, perpetuate, and model the CDR Mission. 
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, screen calls, and refers to proper manager of handling
  • Assists directly with routine inquiries
  • Answers routing inquiries from inside and outside the company on employment verifications, benefits claims processing (ticketing), and job openings in line with written company policies on these matters
  • Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned
  • At least high school diploma, two year experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft office products
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • At least two years administrative experience
  • Personal Computer and word processor skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Bi Lingual English/Spanish

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:

The Job Duties are representative of the essential functions of the position. The physical requirements for this position are those typically present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Reliable transportation is necessary as there may be local day business travel required of this position.
