Office Supervisor (Tax Preparation)

We are looking for experienced tax professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and have previous business ownership experience along with 2 year's tax preparation experience in a management role. Will train the right person with the proper business ownership and/or management experience.

Position Description

• Run day to day operations of the office for the tax company
• Hire and train tax agents with the company hiring program
• Manage the Company Marketing Program for the area to build market share
• Book appointments from marketing programs
• Filing IRS and State Tax Returns
• Amending Clients past tax returns when needed
• Cross-selling other company products and services

Job Requirement

• Must be able to work Full Time Seasonal (Tax Season)

Education Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma and 2 years of college-level classes completed
• Must be able to obtain or have a PTIN (Personal Tax Identification Number)
