Customer Service- Full Time

Position Type: Full Time
40 hours/week- Weekends Days Required (usually 1weekend day a week)
Store Hours: Daily 10AM-6PM
General Description:
-Great talker but better listener
Must have excellent communication and listening skills~ in Person and on the phone
-Ensure customer satisfaction
-Team player
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours, sit, kneel, twist, turn, reach over your head, and lift a minimum of 30 lbs., withstand varying temperatures and humidity
Resolve customer issues in a professional manner, Basic math/money handling, Computer knowledge/experience with POS and Microsoft
Retail Customer Service Experience
Must have minimum of HS Diploma/GED
