Two's Teacher assistant

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Two's Teacher assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in our child care center. The Twos' Teacher assistant will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for two's, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for twos, including providing emotional and physical support

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of toddlers

• Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions

• Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of toddlers, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Two's Teacher Assistant or in a similar role

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree or relevant state certification

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for toddlers
