Director is responsible for leading and developing aquatics programs and staff.
This leader must run the aquatics department with safety in the forefront while

manner. The Aquatics Director is responsible for managing the functions of the
programs in accordance with the stated mission, goals, and policies established
by the administrative staff and Board of Directors.
degree in related field and/or 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
