Physical Therapist (Ortho/Sports)
Are you a talented and motivated PT looking for a unique PT/sports performance facility where you can provide the high quality, individualized, one-on-one patient care?
Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Foxborough, MA is looking for a motivated, passionate, and team-oriented physical therapist to join our growing team. Our comprehensive team consists of physical therapists, strength & conditioning specialists, and certified personal trainers dedicated to providing the region's best in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training, all under one roof. Co-owned and operated by a physical therapist and strength & conditioning specialist, Elite has been providing top-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training services since 2001. Both of our facilities include a fully-equipped sports performance center for high-level athlete rehabilitation and performance training, including advanced training equipment and large turf training surfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a current PT license for MA and at least 1 year of clinical experience in an orthopedic and sports outpatient setting (less experienced PTs and new grads are welcome to apply). Board-certifications (OCS or SCS), as well as current CSCS, are a plus but not required (as is the interest and motivation to obtain advanced board-certification). Must be able to work efficiently in a team-oriented clinical setting while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and a high level of professionalism are all essential. As part of a 40-hour work week, the ideal candidate will be able to work at least two afternoon/evening shifts per week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or similar).
Elite offers a personalized, one-on-one treatment model to allow you to provide the quality patient care that you value and our patients deserve. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and we avoid doubling patients except in very unusual circumstances. We also do not use PT Aides as all of our therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the highest quality care to our patients and the ideal treatment experience for our dedicated clinicians. We offer competitive salaries, a generous benefits package including employer-matched retirement savings plan and health insurance (health, vision, and dental), and extensive opportunity for and reimbursement of continuing education and professional development. We are continuing to grow, and offer excellent opportunities for professional growth for talented, motivated employees who demonstrate a passion for the field and an interest in growing with us.
