Biohabitats is seeking a part-time, executive assistant who will be primarily responsible for travel coordination and logistical support for the President of an energetic applied ecology company.  In addition to managing incoming calls and clients, this hire may be asked to assist with proposals, social media, market research, project file administration and to provide cross-office support for the administrative team and technical staff.  This position is currently designated as part-time, though a full-time position is negotiable for applicants with an interest in supporting the overall operations of Biohabitats.  Travel logistics can require attention outside of business hours so the flexibility to respond as they arise is critical.

Required Skills:  

  • 1-3 years experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Office 365 including Excel, Word, and Outlook.  SharePoint is a plus.
  • Must be organized and be able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal client communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking
