Lead Optimizer

This is a highly analytical role. As Lead Optimizer, you’ll be in charge of maximizing the value of leads, including:

Programming funnel logic
Running sophisticated A/B and longitudinal tests and reporting results
Cross-sells and upsells
Coordinating the email marketing team and copywriting team

You should have extensive experience in web/email optimization, as well as managing teams. You should also be able to distinguish between high-potential tests vs. low-potential ones. For example, is it worth it to run an A/B test on this subject line? Should we test prices? How do we decide?

And you should be eager to be held accountable to aggressive performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Review sales data, email performance, and funnels and find ways to dramatically improve conversions utilizing KPIs to track improvements
Envision and execute tests to optimize and maximize conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per lead
Manage optimization team members to execute optimization tasks
Work closely with IWT data analysts, copywriters, and programmers to drive optimization projects to completion
Provide regular status updates with data analysis, tracking results, and proposals for further optimization of KPI’s
Present opportunities to use new technology to optimize conversion rates, average value per lead, LTV, and other KPI's
Managing multiple, large-scale testing strategies and deeply analyzing their results to provide recommendations for further optimization
Coordinate testing across the company and document the results to further optimize in the areas of sales pages, email funnels, webinars, etc.
Regularly deconstruct industry marketing strategies and incorporate into current IWT optimization testing
Create an automated webinar for RBT, and make sure the new subscribers see it after they join the list.

Candidate Requirements:
Technical background with an extremely analytical mind
Numbers oriented with the ability to deeply analyze data and pull the “story” out of the numbers. Data driven.
Well versed in online marketing best practices
Deep experience in creating subscription programs, including ascention/descension models and retention models
Have broad experience with all forms of online marketing, including PPC, affiliate, organic, and email channels
Experience optimizing all points of engagement with email, website, and sales pages
Familiar with all key metrics associated with a business doing marketing online, including optimizing Key Performance Indicators like LTV, average value per lead, AOV, etc.
Project management skills to drive company-wide initiatives to completion
Must have Infusionsoft experience.
Ability to work well in a team. This position will rely on others to get the job done.
