Billing Manager
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for bills for services provided by CDR, AAY, and RCIL. This position corrects any billing issues and rebills them. This position aids in the proper recording of payments for services billed for. This position also follows up on unpaid billings with providers and/or program support staff.
II. DUTIES
Bills for services provided by CDR, AAY, and RCIL VESID.
Solves denied billing issues and rebill those claims.
Enters intake forms.
Processes billing adjustments and voids.
Manages unbilled claims for CDPAS.
Enters prior authorizations for CDPAS billing.
Files paperwork.
Reconciles differences between Web Office and Fund-EZ.
Supervises the Accounting Specialist.
Performs other duties as assigned.
III. SUPERVISION
This position has immediate oversight of employees while performing the same or directly related work.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Experience Requirements
2-4 years Accounting experience preferred
