Job Title: General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations of our quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of QSR management experience and be proficient in managing Profit and Loss Statements to drive financial performance. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team, and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, coach, and develop team members to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Monitor, analyze, and act upon Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements to meet or exceed financial targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
Drive sales through local store marketing, upselling, and superior guest service.
Implement systems to maintain high food quality, speed of service, and consistency.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of QSR management experience in a high-volume environment.
Proven ability to manage P&L Statements and make data-driven business decisions.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Proficient in POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email).
ServSafe Certification (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
