Marketing Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Support 1st MS in achieving desired KPIs through innovative marketing execution
• Shape, lead, and drive marketing and communications projects for 1st MS
• Create trust with 1st MS leadership team and all team members
• Collaborate and be main liaison between 1st MS and Keeley Companies
• Build a robust brand for 1st MS
• Produce and Project Manage all targeted Marketing & Communications Campaigns
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Thinking | 20%
• Create marketing and communications strategies with executive team
• Evolve 1st MS MarCom Roadmap with executive team and Keeley Companies
Project Management & Execution | 60%
• Manage all marketing and communications projects
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create meaningful content and campaigns
• Create compelling content for all printed marketing materials
• Manage all deadlines for content set by team
Marketing Endeavors | 20%
• Engage whole-heartedly and creatively in marketing department projects
• Remain accountable to scorecard • Foster company culture
• Proof of all materials that cycle through the marketing department

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 1-3 years of related experience
