Prep Cook

Primary Responsibilities: 

1.  Understanding and abiding by all DHEC requirements.

2. General Prep. Must have knife skills and be proficient in cutting vegetables and fruits.

3. Portioning and preparing proteins for later use.

4. Measure and mix ingredients according to approved recipes.

5. Maintain overall cleanliness and maintanence of working areas and equipment.

6. Complete all responsibilities of assigned position in accordance with company standards


This position requires enthusiasm and professionalism. Prior restaurant experience required. 

Culinary Degree extremely helpful.
