Line Cook

Seeking a professional line cook with experience but we are willing to train. 

Duties include

-producing quality made-to-order meals as quickly as possible.

-working in cooperation with co-workers to ensure a smooth operation.

-maximizing use of low volume hours to do prep and keep the kitchen clean

-organizing and labeling prepared foods and proteins.

-offering ideas to improve menu selection and recipe integrity.
