Schedule: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday; Friday as needed)
Pay: $18–$21/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as our Program Supervisor for 1915(i) services. This Qualified Professional (QP) role involves directly overseeing a team of paraprofessional and peer staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring the program meets Medicaid compliance, agency standards, and clinical integrity.
This role goes beyond supervision—it requires someone who can link clients to resources, monitor engagement, and coordinate services to ensure clients receive timely, consistent, and effective support through:

Ideal candidates will have a background in peer support, case management, program leadership, and experience working with Person-Centered Plans (PCPs). This is a hands-on position blending oversight, supervision, and direct service.
Direct Client Services (Billable)

Deliver 1915(i) services in the field, homes, and community settings

Support clients with ADLs, job skills, housing, and reintegration

Complete timely, accurate, Medicaid-compliant documentation

Participate in person-centered planning and treatment team meetings
-
Maintain a consistent, billable caseload aligned with agency goals

Model excellent service delivery and documentation practices
-
Provide real-time coaching and field support to staff

Monitor staff engagement and report trends to leadership

Identify service gaps or issues and escalate appropriately

Support training and onboarding of new staff

Ensure PCPs are created, updated, and aligned with client goals

Maintain an active, up-to-date resource list (housing, jobs, supports)

Track and report on program performance and progress

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

Coordinate improvement efforts with Clinical and Compliance Teams

Promote a field culture of accountability and outcome-focused care
Master’s in Human Services + 1 year MH/DD/SUD experience
OR Bachelor’s in Human Services + 2 years experience
OR Bachelor’s in Non-Human Services + 4 years experience
OR NC Licensed/Provisionally Licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS, etc.)
Experience with 1915(i) services or Medicaid-funded programs
Prior leadership of peer/paraprofessional teams
Knowledge of NC Clinical Coverage Policies 8I & 8G
Excellent documentation, organization, and coaching skills
Reliable, proactive, and committed to field-based service delivery
$18–$21/hour (based on experience)
