Math Instructors with Great Personalities

Mathnasium of Spotswood is looking for enthusiastic and math-talented individuals who are comfortable working with children ages 7 to 17, who can demonstrate math competency through precalculus and beyond, and who are excited about math!

Mathnasium offers flexible part-time schedules for qualified candidates. It's a great working experience for current and future math teachers, retirees, and math-minded professionals.

Compensation starts at $10/hr for college students, $12/hr for college grads and professionals, and $14/hr for experienced NJ-certified teachers. A Math Literacy Test will be scheduled as a first step in the application process, which takes about 90 minutes to complete. Sample questions for the Math Literacy Tests can be found here:

The 2nd part of the application process will be a guided sample lesson with students to determine the applicant's rapport and teaching style.
