Project Manager

A fast growing construction company is looking for a self motivated Construction Project Manager to fill our most critical role. This individual will manage restoration projects resulting from water or fire for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is able to oversee each project from conception to completion, interfacing with internal customers and the client. This individual is able to take charge, think and work independently, and enjoys being challenged.

Our service areas include the following counties: Ingham, Jackson, Livingston and Washtenaw

The ideal Construction Project Manager:

Some Job Responsibilities include:
• Communicating to the homeowner or property manager the scope of work, completion timeline, progress updates, the change order process and billing
• Produce an agreeable estimate and oversee the project to completion. Ensure costumer satisfaction at every stage of the restoration process
• Provide Office Manager with invoicing information and amounts for completed jobs
• Hire qualified insured sub-contractors necessary for completing the job and supervise the work done
• Ensure Purchase Orders are assigned in an effort to control the costs of the job and maintain profitability
• Hazardous material identification including asbestos, lead paint, mold and IICRC unsanitary water
