Summary 

Be a part of the Front Desk Team at Valley Forge Casino Resort. The front desk is responsible for making our guests feel at home by keeping track of room inventory, availability, and assignment for arriving and departing guests.


Job Duties
 
Register arriving guests and assign rooms.  Answer inquiries regarding hotel services.  Registers hotel guests.  Provides information about services available in the community.  Responds to guests' complaints.  Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.  Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.  Ensures that all required reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.  Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to and resolving guest complaints.  Maintains regular contact with the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper room status.  Ensures that all guests are served.  Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  Authorized to issue and activate casino access cards. 

Qualifications 
Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred; or at least six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.  Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
