Chief Financial Credit Union is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Teller / Member Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members.

This is a full-service frontline banking role where you will assist members with financial transactions, open and maintain accounts, and help members access services that support their financial goals.

What you'll do:

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately

Open, close, and maintain consumer accounts and services

Assist members in-branch and by phone with account questions and transaction needs

Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and digital services

Balance cash drawer and complete daily teller balancing procedures

Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and credit union policies

Deliver friendly, professional service that builds strong member relationships
