We are not a traditional office. We are a youth development company that builds leaders through martial arts, parkour, and after school programs.

We’re growing and now accepting resumes for our Enrollment & Admin Coordinator position. This role blends organization, communication, and performance. You’ll be the first point of contact for families and the person who helps guide them into programs that build confidence, leadership, and life skills.

Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–6:00pm
Consistent weekday schedule. No late nights.
Occasional Saturdays (3–4 times per year for events)
Optional volunteer opportunities for additional involvement

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Making outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
• Responding to emails and social media messages
• Booking tours and trial classes
• Managing and updating CRM records
• Creating and updating documents in Google Drive (Docs & Sheets)
• Attending weekly team trainings and personal development sessions
• Supporting enrollment goals and helping programs sell out

Starting hourly rate: $18/hour
Raises every 6 months based on performance
Performance bonus opportunities

Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to pass a background check to work with children.
