Production Manager Needed for Asphalt and Concrete Paving Co.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee daily field operations in asphalt, concrete, and construction services. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage crews, coordinate projects, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities across multiple projects.

• Manage and support foremen, operators, and field crews.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate labor, equipment, and material needs for upcoming jobs.

• Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and vendors.

• Track and report on production performance, costs, and timelines.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• 5+ years of experience in construction, asphalt, or concrete production management (or related field).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in the field.

• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.

• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
