Sommelier / Dining Room Manager
Experience the newest in cooking at our brand new sustainable seafood and wine restaurant, Hook & Barrel.
Hook & Barrel will feature a wine room, a theater fish-cutting room, an open kitchen and "eatertainment" at the bar. The restaurant will include state-of-the-art cooking technology, providing for a healthy working environment and ridding the air of grease-laden vapors.

As a Dining Room Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Selection, development, and performance management of employees.
- Establish and maintain service standards for personnel performance and customer service.
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
- Monitor the actions of all employees to ensure they are up to company standards.
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return customers.
Candidates must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, professional personal image, great multi-tasking and problem solving skills with the ability to complete assigned tasks while paying attention to fine details.
Reports directly to the General Manager.
