The Dough Zone was featured in the Seattle Magazine last January 2017; this family-style restaurant matches the neighborhood with a hip vibe and modern twist. We are a company holding three different restaurant Brands (Twilit 7, Dough Zone and Raman Bushi-Do). You do have the option of working at any of our restaurants.

Primary Objective of Position:

• Ensure that the guests are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Ensures that guests’ order is taken in a cordial and timely manner.
• Ensures that guests’ receive their right food and drink orders, answers inquiries about items on the menu and otherwise attend to the needs of guests.

Essential Functions:

• Show up to work promptly and regularly and is flexible in hours of employment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.
• Serve and create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Answer questions regarding food and drink items.
• Greet guests’ in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take orders at guest greeting, deliver beverages and offer appetizers.
• Take entire order, repeat request to the guest for clarification.
• Enter orders quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate abbreviations.
• Run food for guests in their section, as well as for any other section.
• Check back after delivery of food to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Observe guests respond to any additional needs.
• Maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checks drink levels and remove clutter.
• Present check for payment and provide change within one minute of guests’ payment.
• Follow appropriate accounting procedures for closing checks or vouchers.
• Give a warm farewell and invite guests to return.
• Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately.
• Attend shift meetings according to change schedule.
• Follow company’s strong beverages policies.
• Follow company’s sanitation procedures.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members.
