Tea Enthusiast

A tea enthusiast is a position that involves gaining a deep understanding of the loose leaf tea industry. Within this position you will:

• Learn loose leaf tea basics - time, temperature, amount, brewing, blending, tasting, and discussing. 
• Prepare light meals as well as craft beverages 
• Be cross trained in the kitchen, behind the barrista bar, on the floor, in the classroom, and on the Point Of Sale System. 
• Educate customers on loose leaf tea, the health benefits of tea, and tea accessories.
• Teach customers about tea blending, flavor profiles, etc.
• Ensure the customer has an enjoyable positive experience.
• Provide a clean environment for yourself and fellow staff members.

Most of all this position will be lots of fun and will have plenty of growth potential as you begin working with the HoiTeaToiTea family. We are hiring for entry level tea enthusiasts with rapid opportunity to advance within our company. Weekend shifts are mandatory.
