Our front desk clerks help us to provide amazing vacations for our guests by assuring that our guests are well-informed and properly checked in for the stay at Point Sebago.

Requirements

  • Must be able to handle the ebb and flow of customer service.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and articulately with our guests.
  • Nights and weekends will be required.
  • Schedules may vary.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
  • This is a seasonal, full-time position that works May - October.

 

Description of Duties

  • Working knowledge of the facilities, layout, programs, product line and Reservation system
  • Check-ins & Check-Outs
  • Wait on Guests & Visitors
  • Register CSA’s guests
  • Assist in enforcing and supporting guest policies
  • Complete guest event and activities tickets
  • Make reservations
  • Run reports from the reservation system on a daily basis, and daily cash handling
  • Keep Director of Guest Experience appraised of any problems or incidents that occur and may need to be acted upon
  • Involvement on weekends- dress up for themed weekends for check-ins
  • Any other task that may be assigned
