The part-time National Teams Coordinator will provide
administrative support for all elements of the National Teams Program with
special attention to NT player and coach travel logistics, special event support,
specific projects as well as general administrative assistance to the members
of the department. The NT Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the General
Manager, National Team Development Program, Sr. Manager and National Teams
Director with scheduling all travel and coordinating all calendars regarding
any/all conference calls, events and meetings. The NTC will be assisting staff with
managing the player and alumni database, entering data and pulling reports,
managing the equipment and storage area for NT, providing assistance with any
necessary reports and presentations, providing content updates to website,
establishing online registration for any NT events and other duties as

coaches and event participant records in database
Assistance in communication and implementation
of NT policies, activities and events
NT player and staff travel in conjunction with US Lacrosse travel agency
Development and preparation staff/team meeting
materials and communications, including meeting reminders and
invitations, selecting and reserving meeting venues, confirming the participation of
individual members and providing guidance
and support in response to
informational requests from members.
Responds to inquiries for information (email
& Phone) and make appropriate referrals to staff.
Maintain the departmental calendar, makes
meeting arrangements, maintains and orders supplies for the department.
Coordinating between departments and operating
units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Sending out and receiving mail and packages.
Ordering and receiving food deliveries.

Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
