ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Weekly responsibilities include:

1.      Facilitating Event Staff communication via email and phone. 

2.      Creating game day materials

o   Newsletter

o   Event Day Resource

o   Supervisor Materials

3.      Tracking uniform and asset inventory

4.      Maintain employee performance evaluations for Event Staff.

5.      Attend recruiting and training events as required by the Event Operations Dept.

 

Event Day duties will include:

1.      Provide support to event staff supervisors during major events. (Concerts & College Football)

2.       Supervise Fundraising Groups on event day

3.      Oversee the pregame activation area on event day.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.      Light office duties and activities.

2.      Long periods of standing and walking.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):

1.      Two to four (2-4) years of experience in event operations in a stadium, arena, convention center, amusement park or hospitality-oriented business

2.      Proven leadership experience. 

3.      Must be a great communicator and possess a positive and enthusiastic personality.

4.      Working knowledge of programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

5.      Ability to juggle numerous projects and tasks concurrently.

6.      Must be detail oriented.

7.      Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays in addition to regular business hours

8.      Other duties, functions, special projects as assigned by the Event Services Administrator and Event Services Manager.
