Fresh Food Manager

Trax Farm Market is known for it's quality and home fresh products. We are looking for a person with innovative thought and planning experience to oversee the Deli and Bakery teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen and bakery production activities
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
• Control food and labor costs while reducing waste and maximizing efficiency
• Create menus items to reflect seasonal changes, food costs, new items, and promotions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen or Bakery Production Manager, Head Chef, or similar role 
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to Stand 8+ hours, walk, bend, sit, reach, push/pull loaded cart
• Must be able to withstand varying temperatures heat/cold due to ovens, walk in cooler and freezer
• Operation of ovens, mixers, food grinder/processors, scales, slicers, and small powered kitchen equipment
• Regular use of sharp cutting instruments
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
