Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long hours on your feet.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with frequency.
  • May require weekend work.
  • May require night work.
  • Must be able handle the ebb and flow of kitchen work.
  • This is a seasonal position.

Description of Duties

  • Keep all areas of the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Must be able to work off a prep list.
  • Prepare all menu items to order.
  • Assist in putting delivery’s away.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in all products.
  • Stock product for next day.
  • Must clean all equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Must be able to work closely with the front of house to assure guest is satisfied.
  • Keep daily temperature logs.
