About the Position

Tadco Supply is a family-owned business that has proudly served the Bay Area for over 65 years. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee our commercial cleaning operations across multiple locations.

This position is responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing employee schedules, supervising site supervisors, and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations across multiple client locations.
• Manage and support site supervisors who directly oversee janitorial employees.
• Coordinate employee schedules, shift coverage, vacations, absences, and last-minute staffing changes.
• Communicate with clients regarding service requests, scheduling, concerns, and special projects.
• Work with supervisors to resolve employee issues and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and staffing needs.
• Assist with new client account startups and special cleaning projects.
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed.
• Collaborate with HR regarding hiring needs, onboarding coordination, attendance, and employee performance matters.
• Maintain accurate operational records and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial operations, facilities management, or a similar service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and changing priorities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
