Lead Bartender
New seafood restaurant looking for a lead bartender to supervise all facets of the bar.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Scheduling and training of all bartenders.
- Responsible for inventory management including purchasing all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, inventory control, and storage.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of bar area.
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return customers.
- Perform bottle-for-bottle exchange after each shift.
- Required to work one administrative day per week to perform administrative duties.
- Attend weekly management meeting.
Qualifications:
- Two years of bartending experience and involvement with inventory handling is required.
- Large knowledge of beer and cocktails.
