Lead Bartender

New seafood restaurant looking for a lead bartender to supervise all facets of the bar. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Scheduling and training of all bartenders.
  • Responsible for inventory management including purchasing all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, inventory control, and storage.
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of bar area.
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return customers.
  • Perform bottle-for-bottle exchange after each shift.
  • Required to work one administrative day per week to perform administrative duties.
  • Attend weekly management meeting. 

Qualifications:

  • Two years of bartending experience and involvement with inventory handling is required.
  • Large knowledge of beer and cocktails.
