Track Operations Team Member

Overdrive Raceway is looking for driven employees, dedicated to the safety of our racers, while providing "World Class" customer service to all of our guests as well. We work in a stressful, yet rewarding environment dealing with racers of all ages, and we always make sure that every customer leaves our track with a smile. Overdrive Raceway is the country's first two-story, two-track electric go-karting facility and we make ourselves more unique every day. Team members must be able to see the company's vision and use that knowledge to help better the company on every shift.

We require all Track Team Members to be capable of giving service with a smile, and put the customer first in all scenarios. Our guests are the most important part of the business, and their satisfaction is a top priority. We need employees that can multitask, and recognize when they need to be doing a certain job. During slow times, this means picking up a broom or rag, and keeping the building well-maintained. Being a Track Team Member, means that you must be able to push our 800 pound electric go karts without issue, as it is a crucial part of keeping our timing efficient. You must also be able to handle guest complaints or issues as they come to you to the best of your ability. As stated before, guests come first, and our employees are empowered to make decisions that they feel are best for the guests and the company.

Requirements:

18+ years old

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Be capable of working 4+ days per week
