We are searching for Assistant Manager candidates. Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the General Manager on the successful operations and continued growth of their restaurant and the supervision of 25-35 associates, providing the service that is exceed our guest’s expectation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They support the General Manager to perform operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, and sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies. They must have strong communication skills and adhere to all operational policies and procedures; as well as assist in the development, supervision and monitoring of all associates.

If you are an energetic, hard working professional with 1+ years of management experience, a stable employment history, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service and are able to attend 6 weeks operations training in Southern California, we would like to speak with you.
