Overnight Shift Guest Service Agent

Chapter SF is a city boutique hostel that offers affordable stays to digital nomads, tech industry and international travelers. 

We are looking for a self-motivated guest service agent to join our team and work overnight to assist our guests for their unexpected needs.

It is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow. It requires comfort with interacting people from all over the world.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsible for providing customer services and handle possible emergency to our guests.

Ensure the place is clean and ready for the next day's operational routine,

Will need to be cross trained with other departments.

Managing guest check-ins/check-outs, processing online reservations, and responding to all client inquiries via email, over the phone, or face to face.

A successful candidate will pay excellent attention to detail, have the exceptional ability to multitask, time manage, and adapt to change.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, etc)
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends (Please do not apply if you are unable to work on holidays).
• Work schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 10pm to 4am (can be discussed)
