Summary
Be a part of making the guests as comfortable as possible, responsible for parking many different kinds of vehicles, both standard and manual transmissions, for patrons of the facility.

 

Job Duties
Retrieves and parks cars courteously, timely and safely.
Observes assigned areas for any safety hazards or unauthorized tampering with or pilferage to parked vehicles and reports immediately any incidents or conditions to the supervisor or Security department and maintains a professional environment. Attends to the parking booth to ensure the security of guests’ vehicle keys. Expedites and controls the movement of guests’ vehicles upon arrival or departure.  Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.
After parking the vehicle, the attendant will run back to their station and be prepared to assist the next patron.Assist customers, park their vehicle, and be a visible representative of the establishment.  Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.


Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalent.  Must possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time.  Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
