All About You Home Care is a licensed Home Care Service Agency where individuals receive quality in-home service to meet their unique needs to remain home and avoid unwanted institutional placements. This position is responsible for the successful completion of staff payroll and billing as well as other office administration duties. This position also promotes referrals within the home care community and visits potential All About You Home Care clients. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for accurate data entry for both payroll and billing
  2. Ensure compliance of all medical records
  3. Facilitate staff compliance in regards to aide documentation forms
  4. Support Medicaid requests and inquiries
  5. Promote health referrals and complete outreach visits
  6. Visit participant homes and follow up on any complaints made
  7. Participate in the All About You Home Care on-call rotations
  8. Conduct the TBI and NHTD training programs for new staff

Qualifications:

  1. Four year degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  2. 2 years Payroll processing experience
  3. 2 years of Experience with NHTD and TBI waiver programs
  4. Ability to work in more than one informational database
  5. Excellent organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
  6. Must be available to work Monday – Friday noon to 8 pm and occasional weekends
