Lead Housekeeper (Full-time)
North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to support our cleaning team and complete special projects as needed.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to):
- Perform the day-to day activities of the housekeeping department in accordance with NYSDOH regulatory standards.
- Supervise, train, and monitor performance of housekeeping staff
- Inspect resident rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and standards.
- Assist with hands on cleaning duties and special projects as assigned.
- Reports to the director of environmental services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of housekeeping experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Available Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm, weekends and evenings as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
