ROLE  DESCRIPTION

The Client Setup Specialist is a part-time contracted member of the Customer Success team.  The Customer Success team works closely with Jetpack Workflow’s customers to set up their online account, help them to begin using Jetpack Workflow to manage their daily client projects, and answer technical questions related to their use of the tool.

New Jetpack Workflow customers can choose to set up their online account themselves or pay for onboarding services that will complete the account setup process for them.  The Client Setup Specialist will work on a contracted basis to set up new client accounts when the customer elects to pay for onboarding services, coordinating with other members of the Customer Success team to ensure account setup is completed within the 15 day guarantee period.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete new account setup activities, including the addition of customer client records and customer team members, modifying job templates, and completing assignment rules for recurring client jobs

  • Work with Customer Success team and customers, if necessary,  to resolve data questions and follow up on outstanding customer data needed to complete the setup process

  • Track detailed status of multiple client setup projects

  • Escalate issues to Customer Success Director or designee for quick resolution

  • Complete thorough quality assurance reviews of all set-up activities prior to handing over site access to customer teams

  • As needed, update client accounts after the setup process is complete at the direction of Customer Success Specialists.

  • Detailed and Data Driven:  Accuracy of account setup is of utmost importance to ensure Jetpack Workflow customers have a good experience as new users of our tool.

  • Organized Multi-Tasker:  We need an organized team member who can easily transition between multiple simultaneous projects to ensure all work is being completed accurately and on time.

  • Excellent Communicator:  Strong verbal and written communication skills are important to ensure we are clearly and professionally communicating with customers about the progress of their account setup.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
