LPN- Resident Services Director

Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking a confident, organized clinical leader to serve as our Resident Services Director (RSD).

This is a hands-on leadership role—not a passive position. We are looking for an LPN who is ready to take ownership of clinical oversight, lead with confidence, and partner with a strong, collaborative leadership team.

The RSD plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing care plans, supporting caregivers and med techs, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

What You’ll Own:

• Oversight of resident assessments and service plans
• Clinical compliance with Washington State regulations
• Medication management and staff oversight
• Staff coaching, accountability, and performance support
• On-call participation and clinical support
• Collaboration with Executive Director and RN

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Washington State LPN license
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Confidence in addressing performance concerns and coaching staff
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and composure
