Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate / Coordinator supports the Sales Manager in various activities aimed at developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to produce marketing collateral.
  • Manage social media accounts and assist in creating engaging content for posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails and managing subscriber lists.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents and proposals.
  • Assist in lead generation activities, such as researching potential dealers and gathering contact information.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments or provide additional information.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events.

Education and Experience:  

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing and/or sales roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications. (Word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information. 

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Close mental and visual attention to prepare and analyze data and figures, perform moderate to heavy administrative work using a computer, read and comprehend manuals and procedures.  Requires some judgment to work independently toward general results based on precedent and/or established criteria.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, perform repetitive hand motion, finger, grasp, handle, feel, push, pull, and reach.  The employee will occasionally crouch, kneel, crawl, bend, climb and/or balance. 

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in a typical office environment with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor.
