As the line cook, your responsibilities will include:

1. Understanding and abiding by all DHEC requirements.

2. Cook and prepare approved plate presentations.  Be able to work with speed and under pressure.

Some positions will be present in the dining area for those rock stars who like to be front and center.

3. Maintain overall cleanliness of working areas and equipment.

4. Complete all responsibilities of assigned position in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:

This position requires enthusiasm and professionalism. Prior restaurant experience required. 

Culinary Degree extremely helpful.
