Paralegal

Qualifications:
•    MINIMUM     3-5    years of Family Law experience
•    Civil and Criminal Law experience a plus
•    Proficient in monitoring client account financial status
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office:  specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
•    Proficient with CRM style case management systems
•    Knowledge of domestic relations law a MUST including divorce, modifications, child support, etc.
•    Must be fully familiar with e-filing, service of pleadings, setting hearings
•    Organizational skills with attention to detail and record keeping
•    Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to proofread with accuracy, and possess strong attention to detail in your work
•    Ability to follow directions, yet work independently, self motivated
•    Possess an understanding of litigation procedures
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the attorney-client privilege
•    Must be able to work full time. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00 M-F
•    Must be able to pass a background check
•    Must be able to pass a drug test
