  • Must be able to handle exposure to the elements for 8 hours a day.
  • May require night work.
  • May require weekend work.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently throughout the day.
  • Must be able to smile and maintain an uplifting attitude despite what may or may not be happening behind the scenes.
  • This is a seasonal position that works May through October.


Description of Duties

  • Responsible for always smiling!!!
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional, neat and clean appearance at all times: shirt tucked in, clean shaved, and sneakers.   When working, always to be in proper uniform attire.
  • Responsible for keeping all activities areas and grounds picked up, clean, and well kept.  Notify Activities Director of any broken or damaged equipment.  (Ex. Swings, basketball hoops, ping pong table, etc).
  • Ability to work with various age groups.  (Arcade Attendant, Teen Center Attendant/Mini Golf Attendant, Sports Center Attendant, Window, etc).
  • Responsible for keeping activities area, equipment, supplies and office neat and clean.  Pick up litter on grounds, beach, etc.  (If any equipment damaged please notify Director.)
  • Responsible for returning equipment and supplies to their proper location.
  • Responsible for unlocking, locking, and returning keys for various supply closets, etc. when using them.
  • Responsible for execution of all scheduled activities.  This includes being set up 10 minutes prior to your event.  Knowing all the rules and having all equipment in working order.
  • Responsible for direct supervision of guests participating in your particular event or activity.
  • Responsible for learning the basic facilities, layout, and activities of the resort in order to help guests with any questions they may have.  Familiarize yourself with all important phone numbers or where to find answers to questions you don’t know.
  • Responsible for learning the rules, procedures, workings, and location of all assigned games and events. 
  • Responsible for working weekends in the spring and fall, unless Activities Director is notified and has agreed to you schedule before the start of the season.
  • Responsible for adherence to all rules, regulations, and policies of the activities department and Point Sebago.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director within the scope of the Activities Department.
