Full-Time started in 1995 as the first e-commerce business in Louisiana, we've grown from one that collected used golf balls from golf course ponds into one of the leading golf Internet retailers on the web. Our focus is, and will continue to be, centered on customized golf products. Our in-house printing and embroidery department allows us to provide unique golf products to our large customer base, with undisputed quality, turnaround time and customer service. is seeking a Database Engineer to join our growing team. Office space is available downtown Lafayette, but remote positions are available (within the state of Louisiana is preferred). The Database Engineer will support on-prem, AWS data solutions, and control the next generation of our expanding companies' data footprint.

Company Goals

We are in the process of rewriting many legacy applications utilizing newer technologies that can be ported over to other industries. We currently use our proprietary software to facilitate custom decoration of numerous product types and shipping of thousands of orders a day.


·         Desire to learn new technologies and apply them where appropriate

·         Excellent communication

·        Monitor and resolve issues impacting production systems.

·         Configure and maintain MSSQL and NoSQL databases.

·        Perform query optimization and maintain database backups

·         Daily scrum and alignment meetings with a cooperative team (feedback, collaboration)

·         Help optimize Power BI ETL functions

·         Participation in the software development cycle with our team of Software Engineers to provide guidance and expertise on database design and best practices.

Looking for someone with experience or a desire to learn:

·          Microsoft SQL Server

·          AWS DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases

·         Data Lake systems and strategy

Ideal Candidate Success Factors:

·         Strong work ethic, positive attitude and attention to detail.

·         Excellent judgment and communication skills.

·         Ability to function effectively in a team environment.


·         Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

·         Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and AWS DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases

·          AWS hands-on experience preferred
