Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long hours on your feet
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with frequency
  • May require weekend work
  • May require night work
  • Must be able handle the ebb and flow of kitchen work
  • This is a seasonal position

Description of Duties

Under the direction of the Chef or shift supervisor, the Prep Cook will assist with daily kitchen prep operations.

 

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • preparing raw meats
  • raw vegetables & fruits
  • rolling pizza dough
  • assisting the Chef in special event preparation
  • cleaning
  • processing dishes thru the dish washer
