BILLING MANAGER – Long-Term Care Pharmacy, High-Volume LTC Pharmacy Seeks Take-Charge Leader

Join a fast-growing long-term care pharmacy and own the entire billing lifecycle.

You’ll lead:

• All pharmacy billing (Medicaid, Medicare Part D, commercial, facility contracts)
• Cycle billing, claims submission, denial management, A/R aging
• Compliance with PDPM, state-specific regs, and audit readiness
• A team of 4+ billing specialists (hiring, training, KPIs)

We need:

• 5+ years pharmacy/LTC billing experience
• Proven supervisory track record
• Deep knowledge of FrameworkLTC, QS/1, or similar platforms
• Expert-level Excel + reporting skills

Location: On-site preferred. Remote considered for the exceptional candidate with stable high-speed internet and references.
