On Stage Door Staff

Are you passionate about live music, hospitality, and creating a great experience for guests? Rams Head On Stage is looking for friendly, professional, and reliable Door Staff to join our team!

Our Door Staff are often the first and last point of contact for our guests, helping create a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive
• Checking tickets and assisting guests with seating and venue information
• Managing guest entry and helping maintain an organized entrance
• Answering questions and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with accessibility needs and other guest requests
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Working closely with Box Office, Management, and other venue staff
• Assisting with additional event duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy events
• Previous hospitality, customer service, event, or venue experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
Evening and weekend availability is required. Our events take place primarily at night, with schedules varying depending on the show.
