Licensed Esthetician
Honey Bunny Brazilian Wax is looking for compassionate Estheticians to perform hair removal treatments. The Esthetician will consult with clients to assess their needs, make informed recommendations, explain services, assist in selecting appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction. The Esthetician will ensure treatments start and end on time. You will maintain knowledge to promote and sell services and retail products. You will ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized and linens are clean at all times, and treat clients in a courteous and empathetic manner. To ensure success you should meet revenue goals, ensure client retention and build a solid client base. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring and professional, and have the ability to make others feel good about themselves.
Esthetician Responsibilities:
- Provide waxing or tinting treatments to our clients
- Adhere to appointments in a timely manner and monitor the client schedule
- Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner and accompany them to and from treatment rooms, and when they leave to thank them for their time
- Interview clients to obtain information about any contraindications, examine their skin to evaluate the suitability of treatment options
- Advise clients on skincare, and recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens
- Engage and converse with clients during sessions
- Maintain product knowledge to promote and sell products and services
- Adhere to policies pertaining to chemical use, storage, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment
- Exchanging linens between client sessions
- Cease treatment and inform Supervisor in the event of inappropriate client behavior
- Minor cleaning, and lifting of objects up to 50 pounds
Requirements:
- Must possess valid and current Georgia Esthetician License
- Proficient in performing all applicable treatments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding people skills, and warm, friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Dual licensure in Tennessee and Georgia is a plus!
