Have what it takes to sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman wearing white gloves?  Do friends and colleagues often refer to you as the Rainmaker?  Can you sell ice to…ok.. maybe that’s enough with the analogies.  BUT, if you answered Yes to these hypotheticals, we want to chat with you.  
 
Who are we?  
 
Lumehouse is Baton Rouge based video production team, whose primary focus is creating content that helps other people sell their stuff.  And sometimes just to amuse ourselves.
 
Why do we want to chat with you?  
 
We’re looking to add an experienced Account Manager to our team, and if you answered yes to the questions above, we’re saying there’s a chance.  And it’s probably better than one in a million.
 
What are we looking for?
 
Someone with a proven track record as a Top Performer in Sales, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and who is a fantastic networker.  The Account Manager must be able to thrive in the fast-paced, highly competitive world of advertising.  Knowledge of the production and/or advertising industry is a huge plus.  Basically, someone who understands how to kickass as an Account Manager.  Or Ben Affleck's character from Boiler Room.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Focuses on client acquisition with meetings, presentations, sales calls, and networking
  • Conducts needs analysis, develops campaign proposals to acquire new business
  • Develops and delivers ideas/solutions that provide value to our clients
  • Meets or exceeds revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Strategizes with team members to plan and execute marketing plans
  • Creating production proposals
  • Meets or exceeds revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintains client retention with outstanding customer service
  • Operate software and app platforms such as Microsoft Office, Evernote, Shootq, Slack, Adobe Suite etc..
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Sales or Account Management
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Pledge fealty to the King of the North
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
 
What do you get?
  • A base salary with commissions DOE.  A top performer could potentially make between $60-100k/yr after commission
  • Paid Vacation Days (after orientation period)
